Universities sign more football players than they can enroll?

I came across this clip on ESPN that describes some of the shady practices used in the recruiting process for college athletes. Things like offering scholarships and then taking them away as upperclassmen. I could never see Coach Green stooping to this level here at Montana Tech, some of the things they do to these hopeful athletes are downright shameful.
